The location was fantastic just a short walk to the town centre and right across from the beautiful seafront promenade The staff truly made a difference as they were all friendly and attentive from check-in to dining.

The room could use some updates as it felt a bit dated.

We spent two nights here and thoroughly enjoyed the exceptional dining experience, especially the piping hot silver service meal. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was to die for!

I absolutely loved my stay in the Deluxe King Room with Sea View! The breathtaking views of the Solent from my room made every morning feel like a vacation postcard. Plus, the outdoor terrace was the perfect spot for sipping cocktails and soaking in those stunning sunsets!

Had a pleasant stay while visiting Cowes. The seafront location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the town and enjoy lovely views during our strolls. Our room was clean, comfortable, and met our basic needs for a short getaway. It was a shame, though, that the shower in our room didn’t work well, as it left the bathroom quite wet.

The sea view room was amazing, with a cozy sitting area and comfy bed. Dinner was a delightful experience with excellent service.
